YouScore (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the YouScore mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using YouScore, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.
• Profile Information: Any additional information you add to your profile, such as a profile photo.
• User Content: Highlights, comments, and other content you post through the App.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, including pages viewed, features used, and time spent.
• Device Information: We collect device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Location Information: With your permission, we may collect approximate location data to show nearby games and schools.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Create and manage your account
• Deliver live score updates and notifications
• Show relevant games, schools, and highlights
• Process reporter applications and earnings

YouScore is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may send push notifications for score updates, game alerts, and new highlights. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings or the App's notification preferences.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We use the following third-party services:

• Convex (backend and database)
• Expo (app framework and notifications)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Analytics (usage analytics)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
